This is a one piece plastic grip. A 1" diameter knurled grip with a backstem. Only thing you need is a steel tattoo tip.

Plastic Tattoo Grips are made manufactured in the UK by Body Shock. Eight great designs made from a special lightweight, highly durable heat resistant plastic. Precision machined and fully autoclavable with stainless steel set screws. These plastic grips are autoclavable up to 270 degrees. Anything above that temperature can compromise the plastic grip.
